The Art Plus scheme is funded by SEEDA (South East England Development Agency and the Arts Council) and Zoe and Tony had to make their presentation outlining the project to a judging panel, alongside all the other development award winners.  The video film and the maquettes added to the presentation.  The judges chose the project as the winner of the £50,000 diversity award and this will enable the final sculpture to be made and sited at the University of Portsmouth.
